Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on eBooks, downloadable guides, or garden plans once they have been purchased and downloaded. However, we consider the following exceptions:
For online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing month.
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
After the initial 30-day period, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused portion, less a 20% administrative fee, at our discretion.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. For live plants that arrive damaged or dead, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
For garden workshops, webinars, and in-person events:
You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us in advance.
If we need to cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If you need to request a refund outside of the terms outlined in this policy, please contact us with your order details and explanation. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Fraud Prevention: To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we detect a pattern of excessive returns or refund requests that suggest abuse of our refund policy.
